Charley Perry entered the mortgage industry in 1978, beginning as a receptionist. Over the course of her successful career, Charley gained experience as a processor, underwriter, corporate trainer, sales manager, and producing branch manager. 

“I have the honor and privilege of working with second- and third-generation clients,” Charley says. “My team and I treat our clients as we would like to have our children treated.”

“We have systems in place to anticipate their needs. We want our clients to understand the process and feel taken care of when we close.” 

With over a third of her business generated from previous clients, Charley is recognized within the Top 1% of originators, and received Platinum and Gold awards from the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia (MBAG) for the past decade. 

“My referral partners and I work together on many community outreach projects,” Charley says. “I believe in giving back, so every year my team and I sponsor Keep Gordon Warm, a coat drive for the community, and a Christmas program that includes meeting Santa, various arts and crafts, and pictures with characters.” 

“We enjoy supporting our local food banks and the underserved children in our communities.” 

Outside of work, Charley loves to cook, entertain, and spend time with her family, enjoying “the most amazing sunsets and sunrises” at her home on Weiss Lake in Alabama. 

Charley and her husband, Stan, have been happily married for over 40 years. They share three amazing grown children, Martin, Heather, and Adeline, as well as two beautiful grandchildren, John Charles and Francesca Rose.
